Basic Instruction |
- Remove any free particles and dust from bonded surfaces
|
|
- Repeatedly moisten the bonded surfaces
- Add small amount of water into the CS REEF BOND STS
and mix well
- Repeat until paste-consistency bond forms
|
|
- Apply bond on one surface in a thickness of 1 cm or more and press both surfaces together
- Fix the stones and let the joint harden at least 48 hours
- then the quality of joint increases in time

Basic Instruction |
- Perfectly clean the glass from any dirt and grease
|

- Make the bonded surface of the stone even and remove any free particles and dust *
- CS REEF BOND STG
- Prepare desired amount of component B (liquid) into the bowl
- Add small amount of component A (powder) and mix well
- Repeat until paste-consistency bond form
- Up to the 10% of water can be added if needed
|
|
- Apply bond on surface of the stone in a thickness of 1 - 2 mm
- Firmly press the stone on the glass and fix it properly
- Let the joint harden at least 48 hours
|
* If stone has too many cavities, fill them up with CS REEF BOND STS and wait 48 hours
